With over 30 years of experience in Real Estate and Construction, Clark has truly worked from the ground up. Starting in construction as a crew member, he progressed to foreman and then Senior Estimator. He began buying, renovating, and reselling homes, eventually earning his real estate license in 2005 and launching the Estate Liquidation business to complement his sales expertise.
Clark's broad real estate experience expanded further during the 2008–2012 downturn, when he began consulting agents and attorneys on Bank Short Sales. During this period, he completed short sales for multiple offices while helping homeowners stay in their homes or sell when necessary.
The Estate Liquidation business grew alongside Clark’s reputation for honesty and integrity. Clients and estate attorneys recognized the value of having all services under one roof—from cleanouts and personal property inventories to selling homes for the highest net gain—reducing stress and bringing closure to clients.
For the past 20 years, Clark has continued to invest in his education and career, regularly attending courses to stay ahead of industry changes. He also serves on his Township’s Planning Commission, further demonstrating his commitment to his community.

Will has worked on over $2 Billion in commercial real estate transactions since starting in the CRE industry in 2017 in the following asset classes: Land, Hospitality, Office, Retail, Multi Family, Industrial, and Healthcare.
He is a licensed attorney who uses financial skills in addition to legal skills in his approach to law practice. He is an expert in Financial Modeling and Valuation, Debt and Equity Underwriting, which informs his approach to legal advice in the CRE investment space.
In his current role as Private Equity Lawyer, his services include, but are not limited to, formation of and structuring partnership or operating documents for CRE investments and funds; evaluation, drafting and negotiation of debt instruments and supporting document; drafting distressed debt workout bespoke contracts and conducting due diligence on the same; ensuring securities compliance for CRE investments funds; managing CRE debt equity or transfer issues. He also provides strategic tax planning services to clients through his firm.
